Geoff Hiller joined Pacific Nickel as CEO in March 2011. Mr Hiller has extensive experience in engineering project management and mining finance. He holds a BE Mining (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, a BE Civil (Hons) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the University of New South Wales. Prior to his appointment to Pacific Nickel, Mr Hiller was working for Finders Resources Limited, where he was closely involved in the development of that company’s Wetar Island copper project. Previously an executive director of Tennant Metals Pty Ltd, a metals trading company, and before that an executive director of RFC Group Ltd, a resource finance and investment business.
Andrew J Cooke
Andrew Cooke was appointed Company Secretary of Pacific Nickel in 2002. More than 20 years’ experience in law and corporate finance in the resources sector. Served as Company Secretary of listed resource companies. Responsible for corporate administration together with stock exchange and regulatory compliance.
